1. Assistant Professor
   This is the post-PhD stage. The candidate must have completed at least one year since obtaining their doctorate. During this period, the candidate is required to submit two research papers in their specific field and participate in a number of thesis discussions and supervise some master’s or doctoral projects to enhance academic and research experience.
   
   
2. Associate Professor
   This is the advanced stage following Assistant Professor. Promotion requires at least one year since becoming an Assistant Professor. The candidate must produce at least four additional research papers in their specialization and actively participate in several master’s and doctoral thesis discussions and supervisions to demonstrate advanced research competence.
   
   
3. Professor / Full Professor
   The highest academic rank, following Associate Professor. Promotion requires at least two years since becoming an Associate Professor, submission of at least five additional research papers after the Associate Professor stage, and participation in multiple thesis discussions and supervision for master’s and doctoral students. This stage reflects excellence and significant scholarly contributions in the field.
   
   

Certification of Degrees:
Upon completing all promotion requirements, the professor receives officially certified and accredited certificates from the university.

After review and verification of the documents, the university issues an acceptance decision, the applicant pays the fees, and the university issues the officially certified certificates
